We strive to provide our students with a positive and fulfilling experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:

Class Packages and Memberships:

Unused Class Packages:

  • Refunds for unused class packages may be granted within 3 days of purchase, subject to a 20% processing fee. For example, "Refunds for unused class packages may be granted within 2 days of purchase, subject to a 20% processing fee."
  • After 3 days, unused class packages are non-refundable but may be transferable to another individual at the studio's discretion.

Membership Refunds:

  • Monthly memberships are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
  • Annual memberships may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if canceled within the first 14 days, subject to a 20% processing fee. After that time, annual memberships are non-refundable.
  • Any membership that is under a contract, can not be refunded.

Medical Exceptions:

  • In cases of documented medical emergencies or long-term illnesses, we will consider pro-rated refunds or account credits on a case-by-case basis. A doctor's note may be required.

Workshops and Special Events:

Early Cancellation (More than 7 Days Prior):

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop or event.

Late Cancellation (Within 7 Days Prior):

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop or event may receive a 50% refund or studio credit, depending on the studio's discretion and the ability to fill the spot.
  • No refunds will be granted for cancelations within 24 hours of the workshop or event.

No-Shows:

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Retail Purchases:

Unused Merchandise:

  • Unused and unopened merchandise may be returned for a full refund or store credit within 5 days of purchase, with the original receipt.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise:

  • Damaged or defective merchandise may be exchanged or refunded within 5 days of purchase, with the original receipt.

General Refund Procedures:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to bodywisdomprograms@gmail.com or in person at the studio.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Studio credit can be used for any future classes or workshops.

Studio Discretion:

  • The studio reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
  • The studio also reserves the right to deny any refund request.
