As a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), she passionately teaches Hatha, Restorative, and Foundation yoga, guiding students to explore their potential, connect with their bodies, and find moments of peace on and off the mat. At Body Wisdom Yoga, Dana fosters a supportive and inclusive community where everyone feels welcome to discover their inner strength and wisdom through mindful movement and breath.

I am from Dallas, TX and began my yoga journey in 2019 up in Wisconsin! I got my 200 HR yoga certification in June 2024 and teach at Living Well as well! I am a project manager during the day but love moving through all kinds of classes like yoga, kick boxing and running!
Meet Gina Stainback, a passionate yoga practitioner and instructor with nearly two decades of experience. Since beginning her personal practice in 2004, Gina has been captivated by the holistic benefits that yoga offers. This dedication led her to pursue formal training, and she earned her initial 200-hour certification in 2013, followed by a second 200-hour certification, broadening her expertise. A native of the Tyler area, Gina is a married mother of three (two boys and a girl) who is excited to share her love for yoga with her local community and beyond. She is eager to continue her growth in the practice and invites you to join her on this inspiring and invigorating journey.
Jacy Watson is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, Level 2 Reiki practitioner, and Human Design reader with a degree in Health Science from Stephen F. Austin. Her classes blend evidence-based body awareness with intuitive energy work, offering students a space to breathe deeper, move with purpose, and reconnect with themselves.
Grounded in both science and soul, Jacy brings a warm, steady presence to the mat—balancing structure with play, stillness with curiosity. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that healing begins when we feel safe in our bodies, and her goal is to create spaces where people of all backgrounds feel welcome, supported, and empowered.

By day, Kiara is a Success Coach for iSchool Virtual Academy of Texas, a wife to Rashard Smothers, the owner of 5 Star Mobile Lube and mother to two children, two cats and one dog. She was born and raised in Longview but residing in Tyler, TX.
Kiara is joining Body Wisdom as a Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor, along with certifications in Meditation, Prenatal Yoga and PTSD Warriors. She will lead Vinyasa Flow, Gentle and Beginners Yoga Classes!
Samantha has been practicing yoga since 2013, beginning with Bikram and exploring Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Kundalini before finding a deep connection with Ashtanga Yoga in 2017. What began as a way to support her physical and mental health has evolved into a lifelong path of self-discovery and transformation.
Teaching since 2018, Samantha offers breath-centered, accessible classes that emphasize embodiment, presence, and mindful movement. She holds a 200-hour trauma-informed certification and a 300-hour certification from Yogaversity, which deepened her knowledge of philosophy, sequencing, and accessibility. Her goal is to help students feel grounded and connected to their bodies, creating space for authentic exploration and growth.
